Taraxacum  Club

 A meeting was held on the Lüneburger Heide in August 2013. Members agreed to prepare an entry on IYF for Wikipedia (pending); to set up a TC website; to revive the TC network; and to hold future meetings on topical themes. In addition, archive material from IYF was to be given to the library of the Heimann Thijsse Foundation in Amsterdam, which holds original documents from IYF.

 

A representative of Youth Environment Europe attended the 2013 meeting. YEE was set up in 1983 as the European region of IYF, and now has member organisations in 28 European countries. TC agreed to promote and support YEE and organisations in other regions of the world which involve young people in environmental conservation activities.
